Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Client Data: We collect Name, contact info (email, phone), and event location address solely for booking, billing, and service delivery purposes.
- Media Capture: We may take photos or videos of your event for our promotional use (e.g., website, social media). You may opt-out of this at any time when submitting the Waiver.
- Online Data: When you visit our website, we may collect non-personal information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address for site analytics and security.
- Private Links (Capability URLs): Certain unique links provided to you upon booking, payment, waiver signing and other workflows are direct access links to your booking details. We strongly advise that you do not share these links publicly, as anyone with the link can view your event details and list of participants.
2. Hardware & Biometric Data (Meta Disclosures)
The Company utilizes Meta Quest hardware. In compliance with the 2026 Meta Data Policy:
- Meta Terms: When using Company hardware, you are subject to Meta's privacy policy and terms of use.
- Spatial Mapping: The devices map your physical room to provide Mixed Reality (MR) "Guardian" boundaries. This point cloud data is processed locally on the headset and is not transmitted to The Company servers.
- Telemetry: Meta collects "telemetry" (head and hand movement data) to run the software. The Company does not store, access, or sell your biometric data.
- Third-Party Apps & Games: When playing games from third-party providers, you are subject to their specific privacy policies and terms of use.
3. Data Retention & Security
- We retain Client contact information for business-related purposes, including but not limited to, compliance, tax and accounting purposes.
- We do not store any "gameplay" data, microphone recordings, or recordings of your specific physical environment once the session is closed and devices are reset.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
- We do not share your personal information with any third party, other than those required for the operation of our business. Information is shared only as needed to provide high-quality services.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to facilitate our operations, including but not limited to:
- Supabase (Database & Authentication)
- Stripe (Payment Processing)
- Cal.com (Booking Management)
- Resend (Email Communications)
- Meta (Hardware & Software)
These parties may have access to some of your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks to enable the best possible experience.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal or administrative purposes.
